5.0 Availability of our website

5.1 We will try to make our website available but cannot guarantee that our website will operate continuously or without interruptions or be error  free and can accept no liability for its unavailability. You must not  attempt to interfere with the proper working of our website and, in  particular, you must not attempt to circumvent security, tamper with,  hack into, or otherwise disrupt any computer system, server, website,  router or any other internet connected device.

6.1 We exclude all express or implied terms, conditions, warranties,  representations or endorsements whatsoever with regard to our website or any information or service provided through our website to the fullest  extent as permitted.

6.4 We are not responsible for any possible damages which may occur with  your mobile phone or PC during use or misuse of any software or codes. We are  also not responsible for any problems caused by original or hand-made  connection cables

7.0 Products & Services

7.1 Products vary for each phone. Our service contains options for how to unlock  your selected phone. Methods include unlock codes, software specific to unlocking your phone or reports and advice detailing the most efficient and cost effective way to unlock your phone .

7.2 Billing is securely processed through http:/www.cgbilling.com, for any billing concerns please contact accounts@theunlockteam.com

7.2  Charges are made for our advisory service, this service aims to advise you on the most efficient way to unlock your phone and does not necessarily cover a direct unlock by us, although this will always be supplied where available. Further costs may also be involved, depending on the options available.

8.0 Agreement -- By using our site or our service, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions in full.

8.0 Refunds

8.1 We offer a full refund if we are unable to provide an unlock solution for your phone. You must claim a
refund within 30 days of order by email at accounts@theunlockteam.com, we will require evidence that the phone is still locked

8.2 If you ask us to provide a code for a 'SIM Locked' or 'SP Locked' handset 'Blacklisted' from a
particular network or all major mobile networks we cannot refund your payment as the unlock you paid
for must be performed first before we can see that the phone was on the 'Blacklist'."
